Connector
Connector adalah kata
penghubung yang berfungsi untuk menyambungkan 2 buah kalimat menjadi sebuah
kalimat utuh.
Connectors dibagi 3 :
- Menunjukkan
waktu : as soon as, after, before, while, When
Contoh kalimat :

Relative
Clause
Relative clause merupakan klausa dependen yang berfungsi
menerangkan kata benda sehingga didapat informasi yang jelas mengenai benda
tersebut. Untuk menghubungkan antar klausa digunakan kata penghubung seperti,
that, which, who, whom, dan whose.
Contoh Kalimat :

The man whom we met is my father's friend
·
The woman who wears the red dress is my aunt
·
The Husband has
great wife (klausa pertama)
·
Wife always
Support him to be better (klausa kedua)

The husband has

Adjective (kata sifat) adalah kata yang menerangkan kata
benda (baik berupa orang atau sesuatu). Penggunaan adjective biasanya sebelum
kata orang atau benda.
Contoh :

He speaks perfect
english (menerangkan pintar berbahasa inggris)
·
He is very friendly (menerangkan
sangat ramah/bersahabat)
·
He is as great as
you in fishing (menerangkan hebat memancing)
Adverb (kata keterangan) adalah kata yang menerangkan
"verb" (kata kerja). Kata yang menerangkan bagaimana seseorang
melakukan sesuatu atau bagaimana sesuatu itu terjadi.

carefully along the narrow road (menerangkan mengendarai
dengan sangat hati-hati)

He speaks english perfectly (menerangkan
berbahasa inggris dengan baik)
